Thank you Dad

Thank you, Dad, for the paralysers! that are a family tradition – if you don’t know what these are we can provide demo

Thank you, Dad, for sharing your love of music from Bob Marley to Frank Sinatra

Thank you for the dodgy jokes, like Egbert no bacon and Shoe Bert no laces

Thank you for all the football matches you took us too, and the pie, mash and liquor we would consume prior, and the fish chips at Southend where you would go with Nanny Flo

Thank you for all the late nights watching boxing

Thank you for your famous saying whenever you were asked have you been waiting long – I was clean shaven when I got here Girl!

Thank you for dressing up as Santa at Christmas, even though the kids clocked your tattoo’s. You still played along.

Thank you for being an East end gentleman and always being friendly to strangers

Thank you for all the love and support over the years

But most of all thank you for being you, we love you so much you have left a big whole in all our hearts and lives.
